1) INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect Personal Information (identifies or relates to an identifiable person) and Non-Personal Information (cannot reasonably identify you).

a) Information you provide

• Account & Profile: name, email address, password, username/handle, profile photo, company/brand name, role, social media handles/links, bio, category, rates, and any other details you add to your profile.

• Transactions: order details, deliverables, communications, dispute submissions, feedback/reviews, and invoices.

• Payments & Payouts: payment instrument details are processed by Stripe; we receive limited information such as payment status, last4, card type, payout status, and Stripe identifiers (we do not store full card numbers).

• Communications: messages you send through the platform, support requests, and your marketing preferences (opt-in/opt-out).

b) Information collected automatically (cookies & similar tech)

When you use the Site, we automatically collect:

• Device and browser information (type, version, settings)

• IP address and approximate location

• Referring/exit pages and URLs

• Timestamps, pages viewed, clicks, and feature usage

• Cookie identifiers and similar tracking data

• Personalize content and features, and perform analytics and Service improvement

• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

We do not sell Personal Information. We share it only as described below or with your consent.

3) HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

• Service Providers/Processors: e.g., hosting, cloud storage, analytics, customer support, email delivery, and identity verification—solely to perform services on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality commitments.

• Stripe (Payments/Payouts): We share necessary transaction and account data with Stripe to process payments and payouts, detect fraud, and comply with their requirements. Your use of payments/payouts is subject to the Stripe Services Agreement.

• Other Users (Marketplace Context): limited profile and transaction information is shared as needed to facilitate a transaction (e.g., creator profile, brand profile, order details).

• Legal/Compliance: to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests; enforce our Terms; protect rights, safety, and property; or address fraud/security issues.

• Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets; the successor will assume the rights and obligations regarding your information as described here.

We may use, disclose, and share Non-Personal Information (e.g., aggregated or de-identified) for any lawful purpose.

4) SECURITY

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information (including encryption in transit, firewalls, access controls). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for logging out after use.

We may still send transactional or service-related emails (e.g., receipts, security alerts, essential updates) even if you opt out of marketing.
